  • Region: metro areas with competing plants sit at the low end; rural areas with long hauls at the high end.
  • Strength: each 500 psi step up adds roughly $5–$10 per yard.
  • Additives: air entrainment, fiber, accelerators, and plasticizers each add a few dollars per yard.
  • Season: winter heating (hot water, heated aggregate) can add $5–$15 per yard in cold climates.
